Intro to BJJ Class

Tuesdays 630 in San Jose
For brand new students to jiu jitsu or martial arts. This is a low impact, shallow water introduction to self-defense and its benefits. Students are welcome to stay for the Fundamentals class right after.
Fundamentals BJJ Class
Experience Level: 0 to 6 months
60 minutes, Gi and Nogi
MW 7pm, TuTh 6pm in Santa Clara
MW 6pm, TuTh 7 pm in San Jose
For newer students, we focus on straightforward techniques with the help of advanced students, improving physical fitness, and BJJ lifestyle. Sparring is optional.
All Levels BJJ Class
Experience Level: all levels
90 minutes, Gi and Nogi
MW 7pm, TuTh 6pm in Santa Clara
MW 6pm, TuTh 7 pm in San Jose
For students of all levels, this class provides physical fitness, detailed demonstrations of techniques, and live sparring to practice techniques in developing a BJJ flow.
