Jiu Jitsu is for everyone regardless of your fitness level, you DO NOT need to already be in shape to try jiu jitsu.
Rather than throw you into the deep end like most academies, we have a carefully structured beginners/fundamentals program.
We want you to learn a legitimate form of self-defense that can be applied effectively by people of all shapes and sizes.

Our Beginners BJJ Program is a safe environment for anyone to get started in the gentle art. Surrounded by other beginners and instructors trained in the Gracie way, our 12 weeks of lessons are divided into 12 Modules and detailed in our Beginners BJJ Curriculum

Go at your own pace by using the Module schedule to plan out your own journey

No physical fitness level is required to get started as the curriculum incorporates body wellness

Adult 1 - Introduction to BJJ classes are available Monday through Thursday evenings for 45-minute sessions at 6:15 pm and 7:45 pm

Womens only BJJ classes are available Saturday and Sunday at 10 am at the Santa Clara dojo

Graduate from Beginners Program of Adult 1 classes (Fundamentals) to take advantage of Adult 2 classes (Advanced Fundamentals) while continuing to develop introductory fundamental skills under Adult 1 classes
