Six Gold Medals for Ralph Gracie San Jose & Santa Clara at NAGA

Ralph Gracie Jiu-Jitsu San Jose & Santa Clara brought home six gold medals and two silver medals from the NAGA San Jose Grappling Championship. Our competitors represented both academies across adult, teen, and children’s divisions, with podium finishes in gi and no-gi.
Six Golds and Two Silvers
The team earned gold in Adult Expert No-Gi, Teen Intermediate No-Gi, Teen Expert Gi and No-Gi, Children’s Novice No-Gi, and Children’s Intermediate Gi. Our youth competitors also earned silver in Children’s Novice Gi and Children’s Intermediate No-Gi.
Winning in both gi and no-gi was a highlight of the day. Across the age groups, these results gave our team plenty to celebrate.
Proud of Everyone Who Stepped on the Mats
Every competitor deserves credit for preparing, stepping into a bracket, and testing their skills. Competition gives us valuable lessons to bring back into training: a clearer understanding of our strengths, the positions we need to improve, and how we respond under pressure.
Thank you to our coaches, training partners, and families. These results belong to the athletes who earned them and reflect the community helping them prepare.
